Director Chen Mingfu and his party visited Shandong Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm

On April 1, Director Chen Mingfu, Deputy Director Cheng Hui, and Director Rong Shuang of the Provincial Department of Justice, accompanied by Deputy Director Huang Keyun of the Municipal Bureau of Justice and Secretary-General Wang Hua of the Municipal Law Association, went to Shandong Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm to inspect the work. Director Chen and other leading comrades listened to Director Wang Guangren's report, inspected the file management and office space of the law firm, and held discussions with some lawyers.
Director Wang Guangren briefly reported that since its establishment in 1988, it has always adhered to the correct policy of running the institute, developed rapidly, achieved remarkable results, and won many awards for meritorious service. In 1996, it was rated as one of the first two provincial civilized institutions in the province. Especially in the second half of 2000, under the guidance of the provincial departments and municipal bureaus, it took the lead in realizing the overall transformation from the state-owned assets to the partnership. After the transformation, we have maintained the goal of "striving for ministerial civilization", formulated the development plan of "one year to lay the foundation, two years of great development, and three years of brilliant development", and vigorously implemented the four projects of "brand, market, talent and management", thus creating the second spring of the development of Zhongcheng Institute and re establishing Zhongcheng brand, business volume and fees are increasing year by year, ranking the forefront of Jinan law firms. It has been commended by superior leaders for many times. In 2003, it was rated as a provincial civilized unit and has maintained zero complaints for 15 years.
After listening to the report, Director Chen fully affirmed the work of Zhongcheng Institute. He said that the development process of Zhongcheng Institute, the practice philosophy and dedication of Zhongcheng Institute are very touching. If Jinan's lawyers and Qingdao's lawyers are the leading lawyers in the province, Jinan, where Zhongcheng is located, is the vanguard. Zhongcheng Institute relies on political construction, reform, business and integrity.
Director Chen requested that the experience of Zhongcheng should be summarized and used for reference and promotion in the construction of the lawyer team. First of all, the culture formed by Zhongcheng Institute over the years is worth learning. Its core content "people-oriented, home-based, career-oriented, and dedication" is unique and well grasped; "to be a lawyer is to be a person first, and to treat a lawyer as a noble cause" is of universal significance and the realm is very high. The slogan of Zhongcheng Institute is "Dedicating the best legal services to the society". If law firms have such a practice philosophy, some of the existing problems will be solved. Secondly, the "five grasps" that Zhongcheng has achieved good results is worth promoting. Zhongcheng Institute insists on doing a good job in political and ideological work; party building work; integrity professional ethics practice discipline education; strict management and improvement of rules and regulations; law firm cultural construction, these five tasks have comprehensively promoted the development of Zhongcheng Institute. Then there are the five stresses put forward by Director Wang: "Politics, ideals, dedication, example, and hard work", which are very beneficial to the construction of law firms in the province and the construction of the lawyer team.
At the same time, Director Chen put forward requirements for further strengthening the construction of the lawyer team. He emphasized: Strengthening the construction of the lawyer team does not mean just looking for problems, but also needs to do a good job of "two hands". That is, one hand to grasp the typical, sum up, promote good experience. Among the law firms in the province, there are indeed some very good ones like Zhongcheng Institute, which do have Jinan characteristics. The ideological and political construction of the lawyer team is very prominent, including party building and distinctive cultural construction. The overall awareness of serving the center is very strong, and it is closely linked to the central work of the party committee and the government, and has achieved twice the result with half the effort. Secondly, it is necessary to analyze and study on the one hand to solve the existing problems. It is suggested that the basic hardware facilities of Zhongcheng Institute should be raised to a higher level, start a second business, start a new business, and compete for the national excellent law firms. There are only two in Shandong and Jinan. Can we make all breakthroughs in Zhongcheng? This is also a landmark achievement of team building. We should carry out activities to strive for excellence to boost everyone's morale, which also reflects the achievements of education and rectification work.
