In order to improve the theoretical level and practical ability of lawyers, Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm insists on organizing all lawyers to carry out business theory study and discussion activities, and encourages lawyers to actively write papers and case summary. In the recent 11th provincial lawyer business 100 excellent papers selection, a total of five papers were awarded, accounting for 1/3 of the total number of award-winning papers (14) in our city, ranking first and fourth among the 58 award-winning units in the province. From August 31 to September 1, the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Lawyers Association held the 11th seminar on lawyer business theory in Weihai City. Lawyer Wang Guangren, vice president of the Provincial Lawyers Association, presided over the conference and summary meeting. During the seminar, the practice and experience of doing a good job in the cultural construction of law firms were introduced. The paper "Research on Several Issues of the Contract Termination System" written by lawyer Gao Jian was spoken and exchanged at the seminar and was well received, which fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the institute's emphasis on business theory study and research.
