Recently, Jinan Municipal People's Government, Jinan Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yinxin Guanghua Real Estate Company formally signed a development and construction agreement. Beijing Yinxin Guanghua Company acquired the development and construction right of 1500 mu of land in the area of Jinan Cement Plant and Dongfanghong Cement Plant for 0.5 billion million RMB. The company will invest billions of yuan to build the largest residential community in Jinan city-Sunshine 100 International New City. Lawyer Wang Guangren, who serves as the legal adviser of the municipal government, has participated in the demonstration meetings of the municipal government and relevant departments on the project for many times, discussed, reviewed and revised the agreement, and made amendments to the content and scope of development and construction in the agreement, the obligations of all parties, the payment method, the delivery of the subject matter of the agreement, the liability for breach of contract, the entry into force of the agreement and other important provisions, and the opinions were adopted by the municipal government and relevant departments, for the successful signing of this major project, he earnestly performed the duties of government legal counsel, and was well received by the leaders of the municipal government and relevant departments.
