Shandong Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm will exchange lawyers with Sweden's Haier Strom Law Firm for exchange and study.

On October 10, 2002, the China-Nordic Environmental Protection Enterprise Seminar was held in Jihua Building, Jinan. The seminar was organized by Jinan Municipal People's government and Shandong Environmental Protection Bureau. Xie Yutang, mayor of Jinan City, delivered a speech. The Swedish delegation introduced advanced environmental protection concepts and experience to Chinese environmental protection departments and enterprises. Director Wang Guangren, as the legal adviser of the municipal government, was invited to attend the meeting, where he gave a speech on the construction of the legal system after China's accession to the WTO, and consulted with Mr. Per Winnberg, senior partner of the Swedish Hellstrom & Partners Law Firm, on strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the two firms, and reached a cooperation agreement on sending lawyers to exchange and learn.
