On July 22, Zhou jiakui, senior partner and deputy director of zhongcheng qingtai Jinan institute, went to donggou village new era civilization practice station of gaoer office in the southern mountain area to participate in the "overseas Chinese heart to the party, rule of law walk" legal volunteer service grassroots activity of the urban overseas Chinese federation sponsored by Jinan overseas Chinese federation.

Representatives of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese, members of the Licheng District Federation of Overseas Chinese, and volunteer representatives of overseas Chinese stars also participated in this event. The purpose of this activity is to solidly promote the work of "four lower grass-roots units", continue to carry out the mass theme education activities of "strengthening the country and rejuvenating me", and inject a strong driving force for the revitalization of rural culture in Donggou Village. Director Zhou Jiakui actively participated in providing legal assistance to the villagers with practical actions.
Director Zhou Jiakui took "Legal Issues of Agricultural and Rural Rights and Interests" as the theme, combined with a number of real cases in rural areas, to guide villagers to have a preliminary understanding of personal legal rights and interests, and from "rural land", "marriage and family", "labor and employment" and other aspects, to help everyone more intuitively and deeply understand the legal issues related to agricultural and rural rights and interests, and encourage villagers to actively safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, at the same time, it provided legal advisory services for the villagers and answered legal questions of concern to the masses, which was well received.
