On July 19, the 2024 opening ceremony of the "Qilu Enterprise Dance" New Finance School and the seminar on the operation and management of state-owned capital were held in Jinan, Zhongcheng Qingtai. Du Wentang, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute Management Committee, Gao Jian and Tang Xiangdong, deputy directors, attended the event, and lawyer Yin Yanbo, senior partner, presided over the event.
On July 19, the 2024 opening ceremony of the "Qilu Enterprise Dance" New Finance School and the seminar on the operation and management of state-owned capital were held in Jinan, Zhongcheng Qingtai. The event was sponsored by Jinan Fund Industry Association, Jinan Science and Technology Innovation Finance Association and Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, co-organized by Jinan Lawyers Association Company Legal Professional Committee, and supported by LP Investment and Shandong Talent Development Group. More than 50 representatives from more than 30 related institutions and platforms from all over the province attended the meeting. Du Wentang, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute Management Committee, Gao Jian and Tang Xiangdong, deputy directors, attended the event, and lawyer Yin Yanbo, senior partner, presided over the event.

Director Du Wentang and Gao Jian, together with Gao Dong, President of Jinan Fund Industry Association, and Chi Hong, Director of Shandong Macroeconomic Research Institute, jointly unveiled the "Qilu Enterprise Dance New Finance School Zhongcheng Qingtai Teaching Base". The New Finance School will rely on the professional resources and influence of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm in the industry to carry out new financial education in a planned way.
This seminar aims at the blocking points, difficulties and pain points faced by state-owned capital in investment and management, and explores the solution path. Chairman Gao Dong of Jinan Fund Industry Association shared "New Quality Productivity and New Financial Reform" based on the latest spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, saying that "science and technology & venture capital" are the two wings of new quality productivity taking off. Liu Jingran, a senior researcher at LP Investment and Care, made a rational discussion on the fault tolerance mechanism of state-owned investment institutions under the title of "Key Findings in the Investigation Report on Fault Tolerance Mechanism of State-Owned Investment Institutions; zhang Jian, director of the Fund Legal Business Center of the Exchange and director of the Legal Wind Control Compliance Committee of Jinan Fund Industry Association, gave professional interpretation and guidance on the policies, characteristics, common follow-up modes and practical operation points of state-owned investment institutions on staff follow-up investment, under the title of" Staff Follow-up Investment Practice of State-owned Investment Institutions.
