On July 14, all colleagues in the Jinan region of Zhongcheng Qingtai gathered together to hold a work summary meeting for the first half of 2024 with the theme of "embracing simplicity and keeping the integrity of the book, bravely moving forward to the future". The participants jointly summarized and sorted out the results and experiences of the first half of the year, deployed and arranged the tasks for the second half of the year, and made concerted efforts to think about changes and take advantage of the situation.

Planted a sycamore tree to draw the phoenix. This year, all 18 of my new colleagues joined and the conference held a welcoming ceremony for them. The new colleagues introduced themselves and made their entry speeches. The participants welcomed them with warm applause.
Du Wentang, Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, reported in detail the development of Jinan's work in the first half of the year around 12 parts, including "Party Building Leading", "Wind Control Landing", "Comfortable Self", "Talent Development", "Digital Intelligence Construction", "Brand Building", "Business Optimization", "Market Leading" and "Youth Support". In the second half of the year, we will continue to focus on party building leadership, social responsibility, market development, wind control strengthening, cultural empowerment and other key work, and continue to promote the high-quality development of law firms, to contribute to the construction of a society ruled by law.
Cui Shouxu, member of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee and director of the Wind Control Executive Committee, shared the implementation rules of our business risk control related systems around the four aspects of "business risk division", "high-risk business wind control degree", "general business risk overview" and "system construction" under the title of "Wind Control Degree Learning and Wind Control Training, led everyone to learn the relevant provisions of the National Lawyers Association on the standardized practice of lawyers, and effectively improve the risk awareness and prevention and control ability of our lawyers.
Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, took "Strengthening Confidence and Innovation as a New Foundation for the Development of Law Firms" as the topic. Starting from the overall development of law firms, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current development status of the legal industry from the three dimensions of "how" the current situation, "how to do" the current work and "where" the focus of expansion, and guides the overall work of law firms in the next step.
