In order to promote the operation and development of the member enterprises of the South Korea Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the South Korea Chinese Chamber of Commerce held the "South Korea Chinese Chamber of Commerce Lecture Hall" on June 7, 2024 at the Tuixi Humanities Museum of Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. Zhongcheng Qingtai South Korea Branch was invited to attend the lecture hall, attended by Jin Yunguo, director of South Korea Branch, and lawyer Li Li. Lawyer Li delivered a keynote speech in the legal field on behalf of Zhongcheng Qingtai South Korea Branch.

This issue of the lecture hall focuses on the legal risks, operational risks, financial risks and other topics of Chinese-funded enterprises operating in Korea, providing experience sharing and suggestions for member units, and jointly discussing the operational risks and solutions faced by Chinese-funded enterprises in Korea.
With the theme of "Compliance Risks in Cross-border Transmission of Enterprise Data", Lawyer Li Li of Zhongcheng Qingtai South Korea Branch shared with participating member units the legal regulations on cross-border data, typical scenarios of cross-border data compliance, compliance points, main pain points and difficulties, and compliance risk prevention suggestions of China and South Korea, helping member enterprises to deeply understand the laws and regulations required for operation in South Korea. The on-site communication atmosphere is strong and warm, which has been warmly responded and praised by the participating enterprises.
The lecture hall also invited representatives of modern marine fire insurance, Lesen robot and other enterprises to attend and give a speech. The speech content includes insurance matters and risk prevention that need to be paid attention to in the life and operation of enterprises, and the operation and management affairs of Chinese enterprises in Korea.
