In order to further deepen our lawyers' knowledge and understanding of basic knowledge related to foreign-related legal services, on June 6, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute launched a roadshow of "sharing basic knowledge of foreign-related legal services. The keynote speaker was lawyer Qiu Xueda of the International Business Center. The guest was invited to attend Lin Wei, director of the Lu-Macao Industrial Cooperation Cross-border Financial Service Center.

At the roadshow, lawyer Qiu Xueda, with his many years of overseas study experience and rich practical experience, deeply analyzed the core points and unique features of the relevant legal practice of the common law system, and deepened the understanding of the participating lawyers on foreign-related legal services through vivid cases and practical legal skills.

Director Lin Wei has served a number of well-known companies and assisted them in successfully issuing overseas bonds on the Australian Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a cumulative amount of US $1 billion. At the roadshow, she shared her rich experience and successful cases in the field of cross-border financial business, providing valuable practical reference for everyone.

This activity not only deepened the cognition and understanding of the basic knowledge of foreign-related legal services, but also provided a platform for everyone to learn and communicate with each other. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to strengthen the construction and exploration of foreign-related legal services, continuously improve the quality and level of service, and provide customers with more professional and efficient legal services.
