Recently, the 28th Global Annual Meeting of the LAWorld International Bar Union was held in Sydney, Australia. A total of more than 50 lawyers from 16 law firms from 13 countries gathered together to discuss the development of the lawyer industry in various countries in the current international environment and international business New ways of cooperation. At the meeting, lawyer Yu Yue shared the theme of "China's direct overseas investment and China's enterprise supervision system", introduced the current situation of China's enterprise operation, explained in detail the characteristics of enterprise operation and the key points of supervision, and put forward the "Zhongcheng Qingtai plan" for the development of enterprises' foreign-related business and the cooperation mechanism of overseas law firms, which aroused heated discussions among lawyers from various countries. We highly recognize the cooperation mechanism of domestic and foreign law firms serving Chinese enterprises to go overseas.
The 4-day conference has a compact, efficient and colorful schedule, including sharing of global economic outlook, data security compliance, ESG compliance, law firm marketing and other professional and industry, as well as professional and specific practical sharing such as in-depth interpretation of Royal Mail and Fujitsu cases. In the M & A business discussion group, lawyers from various countries shared the due diligence business in international M & A business according to the special rules of their respective jurisdictions. Yu Yue introduced the methods and key points of due diligence business in China's M & A business. In the salon "Working with AI", I shared my lawyer's practice on AI legal tools in legal inquiry, contract review and legal translation; in the latest visa policy team in the United States, in response to the inquiries and needs of previous clients, we asked the senior U.S. immigration lawyer as the keynote speaker to obtain the latest information on the processing of visa types such as HB1.
The participating lawyers had an in-depth exchange of problems encountered in their respective fields of practice and summarized their experiences, and had a deeper and clearer understanding of the legal systems, judicial practices and even social mechanisms of different countries and regions.
The local law firm, Polczynski the Robinson law firm, has also arranged rich and fruitful cultural group building activities, such as visiting activities, five-a-side football matches, charitable donations and so on. Lawyers from various countries learn from each other in professional forums, share judicial practice and management experience in different regions, and enhance mutual understanding and cooperation in cultural and social group building activities.
Lawyer Yu Yue said that after communication and cooperation during the meeting, he has forged a deep friendship with lawyers from various countries. Through the exchange and introduction, the participating lawyers had a deep understanding of Zhongcheng Qingtai's development process, business field, scale system and other aspects, and to a certain extent expanded the ways to carry out our foreign-related legal business.
