On the afternoon of March 28, a forum for soliciting opinions on four provincial-level local standards including the "Guide to Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Services" was successfully held in the conference hall of the Shandong Intellectual Property Protection Center. This symposium mainly focused on the "Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Service Guide", "Data Intellectual Property Rights Confirmation Service Guide", "High-value Patent Cultivation Guide Part 1: General Principles" and "High-value Patent Cultivation Guide Part 2: Planning and Research" The four provincial-level local standard drafts were discussed in depth, aiming to further improve and optimize the intellectual property protection and service system in Shandong Province.
At the meeting, the three lawyers of our firm combined their own years of legal practice experience, made a detailed interpretation of the key provisions in the draft standard, and put forward a series of constructive suggestions. They believed that the protection and confirmation of intellectual property rights should be more effective. Pay attention to effectiveness and operability to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of right holders are effectively protected. At the same time, in the cultivation of high-value patents, we should pay attention to innovation and market orientation to promote the high-quality development of intellectual property in Shandong Province.
