Lei Jie, chairman of the CPPCC municipal committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhi Liang, Secretary General of the CPPCC municipal committee, presided over the meeting. Wang Yang Bai Xue, a partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was hired as a special information officer of the Jinan CPPCC.
The meeting emphasized that the city's CPPCC organizations at all levels, participating units of the CPPCC, the majority of CPPCC members, and specially invited information officers should strengthen the idea of a game of chess, clarify responsibilities, consolidate responsibilities, and form a good work pattern of support, joint participation, and close cooperation from all parties. The specially invited informants appointed by the CPPCC are mainly hired by the General Office of the CPPCC from members of the CPPCC, members of various participating units of the CPPCC, and people from all walks of life. The appointment period is two years. Lawyer Wang Yang Bai Xue attended the certificate issuing ceremony as a representative of the specially invited information officer of the Jinan CPPCC.
