On the morning of January 30, under the auspices of Linyi High-tech Court, Shandong Yisheng Aluminum Co., Ltd., Linyi Tonghe Feed Co., Ltd., and Linyi Miluo Porcelain Co., Ltd. were managed by Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm. The second creditors' meeting of the company's substantive merger and reorganization was successfully held.
On the morning of January 30, under the auspices of Linyi High-tech Court, Shandong Yisheng Aluminum Co., Ltd., Linyi Tonghe Feed Co., Ltd., and Linyi Miluo Porcelain Co., Ltd. were managed by Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm. The second creditors' meeting of the company's substantive merger and reorganization was successfully held. More than 400 creditors attended the meeting through live webcast, and passed the voting matters with a high number of votes, successfully completing the agenda of the meeting.
At the meeting, the administrator made a report on the phased work of the performance of his duties, a report on the submission to the creditors' meeting for verification of claims, and a report on the submission to the creditors' meeting for consideration of the draft plan for substantive consolidation and reorganization. Under the organization of the court, the creditors voted on the "Draft Reorganization Plan", and finally passed the voting proposal with a high vote in favor, successfully completed various agendas, and the bankruptcy reorganization work proceeded in an orderly manner.
The bankruptcy of Yisheng, Tonghe and Miro three companies involves many main interests, and the contradictions between the parties are more prominent. After accepting the appointment as an administrator, I worked diligently and efficiently, actively and fully communicated with creditors, and finally reached a draft reorganization plan that could be accepted by all parties.
As a next step, the administrator will continue to complete the examination and review of claims, promote litigation and collection, manage the debtor's property, submit to the court for approval of the reorganization plan, and complete supervision and implementation, so as to ensure the smooth and orderly development of the substantive merger and reorganization of Yisheng, Tonghe and Miro, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of creditors.
