When I first joined the law firm, I only knew that Director Wang Guangren was the founder of the law firm and a highly respected old lawyer. I didn't meet Director Wang for the first time until I accompanied lawyer Ma Changsheng, director of Dongying Branch, to Jinan for a meeting in early 2015. When I first met Director Wang, I only felt that he was a kind and simple elder. However, when I saw many predecessors in the institute listening attentively to Director Wang's speech and surrounding him, the affinity and personality charm from the inside out shocked me, and I began to urgently want to know the history of Director Wang and the whole Zhongcheng Qingtai Institute. By asking Director Ma and inquiring about news materials, I learned how Director Wang developed the four-person small office into the largest office in the province in 30 years, and how he worked on the front line for decades. Although I have no chance to listen directly to Director Wang's teachings, I have already understood that I am in a great collective when I first entered the legal profession. Time came in the summer of 2016, Dongying Branch moved into a new office space. One morning, Director Ma told me that Director Wang had come from Jinan to see us. After a while, the bus would get off the highway and needed my welcome and guidance. I immediately drove to Dongying South Expressway, and soon Director Wang's car got off the expressway. After seeing me, Director Wang, regardless of the scorching sun, got out of the car and walked to my side, stretched out his hands to shake hands with me, and thanked me for coming. When Director Wang's hand held mine, it seemed as if a flame had ignited my chest. When we came to the office building, Director Wang got off the bus with a large piece of Mount Tai stone in his hand. I hurriedly said that I would take it, but Director Wang said that this was a gift for him to congratulate Director Ma on moving to a new location and becoming bigger and stronger. He must personally deliver it to Director Ma. When I watched Director Wang walk in front of the Taishan stone, I really realized his enthusiasm, integrity and purity, which made me feel a lot.

In November of that year, I was recommend to represent Dongying Branch to attend and speak at the Youth Lawyers Forum of Zhongcheng Qingtai Institute. At the forum, Director Wang sat down and patiently watched me express ideas that seemed immature and even unrealistic, and listened to the host's comments on me. After the forum, on the way back to Dongying, Director Ma told me that during the dinner just now, Director Wang told him that he still remembered me. The young man performed well and worked harder in the future. At that time, there were no fewer than a few hundred young lawyers in Jinan Institute and its branches, and Director Wang could still remember me who had only one side. In just a few words, I felt Director Wang's heartfelt expectation and care for young lawyers, which inspired me to continue on the road of lawyers with heavy business and fierce competition.

For more than a year after that, I was busy with my work and starting a family. I never saw Director Wang again, and I never had the opportunity to express my gratitude and admiration to him. On January 29, 2018, the news of Director Wang's death came. At that moment, he did not directly feel grief, but had a very unreal feeling. He collapsed in his seat and looked at the booklet of "being a lawyer without regrets in this life" on the table. When I knew that Director Wang was still working at his desk until the last moment of his life, my heart could not be calm for a long time.

Six years have passed since Director Wang died. During this period, regardless of the economic downturn or the impact of the epidemic, no matter how difficult the business is, I can bite the bullet and stick to it; no matter what kind of client or case I face, I will do my best to pursue perfection; for the young lawyers who come to the institute to practice, I have no reservations and help.
