The meeting was presided over by Shi Guangbo, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, Du Wentang, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Administrative Committee, made the 2023 work report and the 2024 work arrangement with the theme of "Striving for Progress, Keeping Initial Heart and Building Dreams with Ingenuity. Mr. Du reported to the participants on the firm's work and follow-up planning in three areas: review and review, reflection and introspection, and outlook and planning. In 2023, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan region made new breakthroughs in 10 aspects such as party building, specialty, business, wind control, management and brand, which was a fruitful year. Thinking about the past and being new to the history, through reflection and summary, the director of Du Wentang announced the work arrangement for 2024, from the party building brand, regional line scale moderate, deep specialization, wind control normalization, China and Taiwan digital intelligence and other 11 aspects of the detailed and comprehensive work measures, for Zhongcheng Qingtai colleagues to clarify the future development direction of the law firm. In 2024, Zhongcheng Qingtai will always adhere to long-term doctrine, uniform doctrine and professionalism. It will always focus on and work hard. With good wutong trees, phoenix habitat was attracted. In the second half of 2023, Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm welcomed many new forces. At the dinner stage, under the auspices of Cheng Law-abiding, director of the Marketing and Publicity Executive Committee, they took the stage to introduce themselves.
35 third prizes were set up in the lottery, implying that Zhongcheng Qingtai has been established for 35 years; 20 second-class prizes, implying Zhongcheng Qingtai's current 20 branches; 1 first prize, implying Zhongcheng Qingtai Family, one heart, one strength.
The party also organized an auction of Guangren Fund. The auction items came from calligraphy and paintings donated by lawyers' families and law firm employees. During the auction, everyone raised their cards to bid, hoping to win beautiful things and contribute to the Guangren Public Welfare Fund. In the end, the auction received a total of nearly 100000 yuan, and the funds were directly remitted to Guangren Fund account to carry out social donations, help lawyers with family difficulties and help young lawyers develop.
