Liu Xintian, Secretary General of the expert advisory committee of Shandong data elements community, presided over the meeting, which was attended by more than 50 experts and scholars in the field of data, legal professionals and heads of data enterprises.

The theme of this activity is "Promoting the Development of Circulation Rules". Han Zhengye, CEO of the core operating organization of Shandong Data Element Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, said in his speech that data compliance is of great significance in the construction of Shandong Province's digital power province, which can ensure data security, improve data quality, strengthen data governance, promote data sharing, enhance legal compliance and social trust.

The meeting played a video recorded by Li Aijun, a professor at China University of Political Science and Law, for the event, with emphasis on the necessity of building a data compliance community. Lawyer Hao Bin, partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, made a special report on "Guidelines for Legal Services for Enterprise Data Compliance" on the spot, introduced legal cases related to data compliance and guidelines for legal services for enterprise data compliance, and proposed the service direction of the data compliance community.
