From September 25 to 26, lawyer Wang Lili, deputy director and senior partner of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, and Cui Wenchuan, general manager of Jinjing Technology Malaysia, etc. went to Oman Sohar Industrial Zone to visit Majan Glass Factory, CEO and chief financial officer of Oman Majan Glass Factory, CEO of Oman Sohar Bank, controlling shareholder of the factory, etc. We held talks on Jinjing Technology's provision of all-round technological upgrading for Majan Glass Factory and its plan to jointly build the largest flat glass production line in the Middle East in Oman, and reached a strategic cooperation in legal services after the meeting.
Majan Glass Factory was established in 1997 and is the only glass manufacturer in Oman. The company is a publicly listed MSM company, which was taken over by the Ministry of Finance of the Sultanate of Oman's Oman Investment Fund in 2018, with a 75.3 per cent stake and the remainder held by the public, with the company's shares listed on the Muscat stock market.
During the meeting, Wang Lili introduced the development of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm to the person in charge of Majan Glass Factory, and Cui Wenchuan had a profound discussion with the person in charge of the factory on glass manufacturing technical support and other related strategic cooperation matters. In addition, Lawyer Wang Lili provided an effective link for the technical upgrading of Majan Glass Factory and the expansion of market scale through the law firm platform. After the meeting, the three parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement. In the next step, Zhongcheng Qingtai will provide strong legal support for the three parties in the company's business and legal fields.
