To celebrate the 4.26 World Intellectual Property Day, on the morning of April 21, the "Notarization Service New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion and Intellectual Property Protection" forum hosted by Jinan Quancheng Notary Office and co-organized by Jinan Lawyers Association was held in Longao Building. Leaders and personnel of Jinan Intermediate People's Court, Jinan Intellectual Property Office, Jinan Judicial Bureau, Jinan Lawyers Association, Jinan Notary Association and other units attended the meeting. Lawyer Geng Guoyu, executive vice president of Jinan Lawyers Association and director of Jinan Institute; lawyer Yu Peng, director of intellectual property Committee of Jinan Lawyers Association and deputy director of Jinan Institute, member of intellectual property Committee of Jinan Lawyers Association and some lawyers of our institute were invited to attend the forum.

In this forum, lawyer Yu Peng made a keynote speech on "New Era-Transformation of New and Old Kinetic Energy in Notarization and Lawyer Service". The speech focused on the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and intellectual property protection. Through recent hot topics such as ZTE's seven-year ban on chip sales by the United States, Sino-US trade war and Chinese manufacturing 2025, it vividly explained the urgency of the current transformation of new and old kinetic energy, and combined with the characteristics of lawyers, this paper analyzes in detail how to better safeguard the rights and interests of the parties through the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and notarization procedures. As a special guest of the forum, lawyer Geng Guoyu commented on some of the speeches from the perspective of lawyer's theory and practice. The two lawyers' speeches were profound and informative, and were well received by the participants.
