He often said that being a lawyer should take the professional mission as the soul and the lawyer career as the sky, for the sake of his beloved lawyer career, he did not hesitate to pay and sacrifice anything he did, and he could say that he had no self.

In his early years, when the director was still handling cases on the front line, he often worked late into the night. In case of difficult and complicated cases, he always took two tablets of antihypertensive drugs first, then made a cup of strong tea to refresh himself. When the materials were ready in the middle of the night, the effect of strong tea made it difficult for him to fall asleep, and he took a few tablets of stability to fall asleep. After returning home from the operation, he immediately collected and sorted out the articles that he had learned through listening to the recording during the treatment in Japan, the compilation became a thick learning reference material and sent it to the management personnel of the law firm. Director Wang wrote on the front page of the collected material, "Because I can't read the material before and after the operation, please read dozens of related articles for me, which is very enlightening. I have selected more than a dozen of them, and I suggest you read them. These articles involve the development trend of the industry, the dynamics, the operation ideas and management mode of the law institute, and realize the transformation and upgrading by using mobile Internet, legal technology and network platform, as well as extensive cooperation in the industry and multi-party cooperation outside the industry, so as to become bigger and stronger rapidly".

Director Wang's daily thoughts and talks have hardly left the topic of the lawyer's career. He often said that he always takes a small notebook with him at home. Because of his age and physical reasons, he can't rest too late, and he often has some new ideas when lying in bed at night. On January 11, 2018, the annual Guike annual meeting will be held in Beijing. The director arranged an assistant to sign up for him long ago. However, due to the conflict between the meeting time and the induction training for trainee lawyers arranged by Shandong Lawyers Association, the director arranged me to attend the Guike annual meeting on my behalf and asked me to listen carefully, remember carefully and think hard, he stressed that he should report the main contents of the meeting and the latest developments in the industry to him after returning. After I came back, I prepared a report material of nearly ten pages. While listening, the director circled the written report material. Soon he saw that the pages were covered with annotations. After the brief report was completed, the director made a detailed understanding and asked questions about the keynote speeches made by Director Wang Xiaojun of Zhejiang University, Director Li Chun of Guohao Institute and Director Li Dajin of Gao Peng Tianda from the height of the development of the lawyer industry, according to my actual situation, we put forward our current problems and reported and communicated for 2 hours.

For the cases he handled by himself, no matter how big or small, no matter how much he charged, he devoted himself wholeheartedly. For the materials he wrote, no matter whether they were legal documents or speeches, he added and deleted several drafts, or even dozens of drafts. He once said that when he was engaged in criminal defense work in his early years, in addition to repeatedly revising the defense speech, he would even recite to the mirror before the trial, in this process, in addition to thinking about whether the content of the defense is perfect, he also repeatedly adjusted his intonation, speed, and even gestures. In the past two years, Director Wang has participated in almost every session of the induction training for trainee lawyers of the Provincial Lawyers Association. Although his lecture topic is fixed, he revised his lecture notes and added his own new ideas before each lecture. Even when he participated in the first session of training, in order to confirm the content of his lecture notes and how to speak them easily accepted by everyone, he went to the site where he was teaching for a day.

   He cares for and advocates young lawyers at the firm and across the profession.He often said that the standard of a good lawyer and a good law firm is not to look at your fees, but to look at your contribution to the industry. The earliest batch of graduate students in the law firm were almost all "invited" by Director Wang in person. He takes the growth and development of young lawyers to heart. He has repeatedly urged the trade union and the youth committee to formulate systems and methods to ensure the life and growth of young lawyers. When he sees that the young lawyers in the institute are not in good condition, he will talk in person and contribute money and efforts to solve the life problems of young lawyers. He thinks that today's young lawyers have a good knowledge base, but they lack the passion for work, so they buy books and give lectures to young lawyers at their own expense. Every time the provincial lawyers association trainee lawyer induction training, he printed at his own expense the pamphlet of "being a lawyer without regrets in this life" compiled by him. he said that at his current age, he was not famous for himself, but felt that even if only one young lawyer had read the book seriously, he felt that it was worthwhile to strengthen his confidence in the industry and stimulate his enthusiasm for career.

He pays close attention to current politics and plans the layout closely around the focus of the work of the party and the government. He reads the government work report word for word several times every year, circling the main points of the government's work, and often organizes law firm managers to study and study together, and coordinate the work of the law firm around the work focus of the party and the government. One year, district government leaders came to the law firm to investigate and inspect. When Director Wang talked about the district government work report, he accurately remembered many economic indicators in it, his familiarity with and attention to government work made the leaders present very admire and shocked.
