Recently, the Legislative Affairs Office of the Jinan Municipal People's Government issued the ''Notice on Adjusting and Enriching the Members of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the Jinan Municipal People's Government'' (2018 No. 1). Yuan Jian, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, and part-time lawyer Yang Shilin was selected as a member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the Jinan Municipal People's Government.
The Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the Jinan Municipal People's Government is an institution established by the Jinan Municipal Government to strengthen the organization and leadership of the relatively centralized administrative reconsideration power, reform the administrative reconsideration system, improve the review case trial mechanism, and study major issues in the administrative reconsideration work.
