The Ministry of Finance and Investment conducts business training on the draft civil code.

On October 31, 2018, the financial investment department of our institute conducted departmental business training in the conference room. This training focuses on the draft civil code, and makes a detailed explanation on the revision ideas and background of the general principles of civil law and the sub-sections of property rights, contracts, personality rights and tort liability in the draft, laying the theoretical cornerstone for the business development and business innovation of the financial department.

The keynote speaker of this training, Professor Cai Weizhong of the Financial Investment Department, has been engaged in the lawyer industry for many years and is proficient in financial and legal affairs. He has provided in-depth legal services for domestic and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, company formation and various related financial affairs; at the same time, he is a doctor of law of Shandong University and an associate professor of Shandong University. He has published dozens of professional papers in domestic academic journals and compiled many legal books.

Through Professor Cai Weizhong's in-depth explanation and analysis of real cases, we have a more overall and accurate control of civil law. Participating lawyers also expressed their understanding and views on the amendments in the draft Civil Code, and discussed legal issues such as effective prosecution and the order of settlement of security interests.

Lawyers from the Financial Investment Department and other departments actively participated in this training, which demonstrated the professionalism of Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers who are thirsty for knowledge, and laid a good foundation for building more specialized and innovative legal services for the firm.
