At 9: 00 a.m. on November 3, 2018 (Saturday), our institute specially invited director song yanxing, director of the examination and investigation department of Jinan real estate registration center, to give a lecture on the topic of "difficult problems in real estate registration and practical handling principles. This training was presided over by Li Heng, deputy director of our institute. About 150 lawyers and relevant responsible persons of specially invited consulting units participated in the training. Director Song Yanxing has rich theoretical and practical experience in real estate registration. In this training, Director Song analyzed and explained 12 common problems in the real estate registration business, for example, the registration of residential parking spaces, cultural activity stations, community service houses and other supporting facilities, the division and merger of real estate, the issuance of certificates for demolition and resettlement houses, the disposal of non-residential and exclusive parcels of housing on allocated land and houses on industrial, storage and scientific research sites, and other hot and difficult issues have been thoroughly analyzed from a practical point of view, especially after the unified registration of real estate, due to changes in the legal system and changes in practical operations, as well as various difficult problems under the current system have been shared, which has played a very good guiding role in our lawyers' practice and handling related business.
