On November 19, 2018, the Civil and Legal Affairs Department of our institute conducted training on civil legal practices such as real estate inheritance, sale and personal injury compensation. This training mainly focuses on the civil disputes in practice and the risk prevention that may arise from the agency of such cases, and conducts training on the analysis of the thinking of the case, risk control and how to exchange legal opinions with judges.
The Civil Affairs Department of Zhongcheng Qingtai serves as legal counsel, provides high-quality legal services for a large number of companies, enterprises, government agencies and institutions, and represents economic and non-litigation cases. The lawyers of the department have repeatedly given lectures on law in many radio stations, CCTV and other legal media. A very solid foundation in legal theory and very rich experience in handling cases have shown a high level of business and recovered huge losses for the parties. The keynote speaker of this training, lawyer Zhou Jiakui, is a senior partner of the law firm, director of the civil legal affairs department and director of the public welfare center.

In this training, lawyer Zhou jiakui, through the analysis of a number of construction projects and real estate disputes, elaborated from shallow to deep the regular solution ideas in the face of such cases and the risk control and response plans in dealing with special cases, so that everyone can have a more accurate grasp in the face of similar cases.
