On November 22, 2018, the Licheng General Branch of the National Revolutionary Committee held a public welfare lecture on "Concentric • Fraternity" in Yanpeng Primary School in Licheng District. Yao Huming, Chairman of the Qingtai Board of Supervisors and Deputy Chairman of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the National Revolutionary Committee, participated in the activity.

Yao Huming said that in recent years, the Jinan Municipal Committee of the National Revolutionary Committee has created the "Tongxin • Fraternity" social service brand, and established a Tongxin Legal Service Group dominated by party members and lawyers of the National Revolutionary Committee to carry out law popularization, legal consultation, law on campus, and free legal assistance. Other activities have achieved good social impact. The Licheng General Branch of the National Revolutionary Revolution has been actively carrying out social service activities such as poverty alleviation, donation to education, and public welfare education for many years. It has made outstanding achievements and has been at the forefront of the establishment of the demonstration branch of the National Revolutionary Revolution. At present, juvenile delinquency in our country is on the rise, and campus violence occurs from time to time. One of the key reasons is that students have not formed a good legal awareness, the concept of the legal system is weak, and they will not use the law to protect their rights and interests. To this end, the Licheng General Branch of the National Revolutionary Committee worked closely with the Tongxin Legal Service Group to carefully arrange two outstanding lawyers to interpret the law by case, discuss matters by law, and teach children how to do self-prevention and self-protection. I hope that in the future, students will seriously study, know, abide by, understand and use the law, grow up safely, healthily and happily under the protection of the law, and become useful pillars of society in the future!
