On the morning of December 1, 2018, Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm held a training lecture on "Introduction to Political Bank Insurance and Patent Pledge Loan. The training was presided over by lawyer Yao Huming, chairman of the board of supervisors of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm. Jinan office lawyers participated in the training on the spot. Other office lawyers participated in the training through the in-house video live broadcast system.

This training is conducted by Mr. Mou Xun, the partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, the patent agent and the director of the patent affairs department. The main theme of the training is the introduction of political, banking, insurance and patent pledge loans. From four aspects of policy support, product description, product highlights and handling process, combined with his rich practical experience in company legal affairs and intellectual property legal affairs, this paper introduces the innovative mode of "patent" pledge financing loan promoted by Jinan intellectual property (government, bank and insurance) service alliance.
