Capital Markets Department conducts business training

On November 30, 2018, the Capital Markets Department conducted internal training in our mediation center. This training focuses on how to carry out environmental public interest litigation, how to realize reasonable taxation of equity investment in partnership enterprises, and how to expand the special business of consulting units. Lawyer Yiping gave a lecture on "Environmental Public Interest Litigation Practice" and lawyer Zhang Ronglin gave a lecture on "Tax Issues of Equity Investment in Limited Partnership Enterprises".

With the title of "Environmental Public Interest Litigation Practice", Lawyer Lai Yinping first reviewed the development process of public interest litigation in various countries in the world, as well as the current development status of domestic environmental public interest litigation, and harmed the public interest of the current domestic destruction, pollution of the ecological environment and resource protection. The behavior was reflected; and then started with the current domestic laws and regulations closely related to environmental public interest litigation, from the perspective of how to accept the case, how to file and close the case, how the procuratorial organ supports the prosecution, and how the defendant bears civil liability, the environmental civil public interest litigation is explained in a comprehensive and simple way, and combined with the actual cases that they are undertaking, they share the experience of handling cases, and popularize the legal knowledge of public interest litigation for everyone.

Lawyer Zhang Ronglin takes "The Tax Issues of Equity Investment in Limited Partnership Enterprises" as the subject, and takes the formulation of reasonable tax planning ideas for equity investment in limited partnership enterprises from the perspective of limited partnership enterprises as the starting point, from the perspective of the basic elements of equity investment in limited partnership, the basic elements of tax involved in equity investment, the design of equity investment structure, the basic principles of the tax system of limited partnership and the tax policy, the lawyer's thinking in the formulation of equity investment tax is expounded. Lawyer Zhang Ronglin combined with judicial cases and laws and regulations, gives a more professional approach to dealing with related issues.

The lectures by lawyers from Yinping and Zhang Ronglin were profound and simple. The lawyers present at the meeting interacted frequently and received enthusiastic responses.

At the end of the training, lawyer Li Zhenzhong, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm and director of the capital market department, commented on the lectures of the two young lawyers and spoke highly of them. He called on more young lawyers to improve their professional ability and communication ability with clients through lectures, so as to provide more value for clients.

Colleagues from various departments participated actively in this training, and lawyers from various specialties answered questions on the spot. The atmosphere was warm and the training was a complete success.
