In order to further improve the professional ability of our lawyers and create a good atmosphere for learning and discussion, according to the training requirements of our department, on December 25, 2018, the government business department conducted departmental business training in the conference room of our mediation center. Lawyer Wang Huawei
Wang Huawei is an associate professor at Qilu University of Technology and a part-time lawyer in our institute. In this training class, he took "Research on Frontiers and Hot Issues of Urban and Rural Land Expropriation and Demolition Cases" as the topic, and expounded his ideas from four aspects: the new theoretical purposes and concepts of administrative litigation. The focus of judicial review of administrative litigation cases; Hot issues in urban and rural land requisition and demolition cases; New experience in handling administrative litigation cases. Lawyer Yu Junying
Yu Junying is the deputy director of the government business department of our institute. He is the legal adviser of Jinan Tianqiao District Government, the legal adviser of Jinan New Materials Industrial Park, and the deputy director of Jinan legal Service Center for small and medium-sized Enterprises. He has a wealth of experience in mass emergencies. In this training class, she took "Handling of Mass Emergencies" as the topic, respectively, from what is a mass emergency; the causes of mass emergencies, the problems and obstacles that often occur in the handling; how the grassroots government can effectively prevent and properly handle mass emergencies to summarize and share, combined with her own rich experience, to teach the lawyers participating in this training class their coping strategies when dealing with emergency mass emergencies.

Lawyer Tian Qingsong
Tian Qingsong is a lawyer in the government business department of our institute, specializing in corporate legal affairs, government affairs, investment and financing legal affairs.
