Many of our lawyers have been employed as hearing officers for letters and visits of the People's Government of Shandong Province.

According to the "Shandong Province Letters and Visits Hearing Measures" (Lu Zheng Ban Fa [2014] No. 43) and the "Shandong Provincial People's Government Letters and Visits Hearing Staff Working Rules" (Lu Letters and Visits [2014] No. 71), with the approval of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government Letters and Calls Bureau, it was decided to appoint Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm Yuan Jian, Gao Guanghui, He Zefeng, Xu Hui, and Qi Qi as the people's letters and Qi, the term of employment is from 1 August 2018 to 31 July 2023.

The hearing staff of the people's Government of Shandong Province has been selected for the first time since 2015. Their main responsibilities are: to participate in the hearing of the provincial government to accept the petition matters and to serve as the hearing staff; to conduct research, demonstration and joint examination on the petition matters accepted and reviewed by the provincial government. This is the second election in the province.

The employment of many lawyers in our institute is the affirmation of the principle of serving the government and social development by the provincial party committee and the provincial government, as well as the recognition of the comprehensive qualities of the lawyers employed by Zhongcheng Qingtai, such as professional ethics and professional ability. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai will fully implement the relevant policies and regulations of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on petition work, in order to further standardize the hearing of petition matters in our province, protect the right to speak, the right to know and the right to participate, and improve the ability to resolve social conflicts. And level, to achieve the goals of "sunshine letters and visits", "responsibility letters and visits", and "rule of law letters and visits" to make greater contributions.
