In September 2018, our firm was entrusted by a subordinate unit of Shandong Land Development Group Co., Ltd., and a team of lawyers composed of Yao Huming, Zhang Jian, Deng Pu and Yue Dongxue provided special legal services for the registration of private equity fund managers of Shandong Lukun Rural Revitalization Fund Management Co., Ltd., and issued the legal opinion on the registration of private equity fund managers. After that, the fund industry association put forward a feedback, and our lawyers assisted the company to standardize and improve the relevant matters such as practitioners, and submitted the supplementary legal opinion on the registration of private fund managers.
On December 28, 2018, after being reviewed by the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, Shandong Lukun Rural Revitalization Fund Management Co., Ltd. successfully completed the registration of private equity fund managers and made it public.
