On March 15, 2019, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Alliance initiated by Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm held a meeting of alliance directors. The meeting elected Han Qiang, director of Shandong Lingyunzhi Law Firm, as the rotating chairman of the new Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Union. Chairman Han Qiang said that the core of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Alliance is the sustainable development of "exchange, cooperation, and win-win". In 2019, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Alliance must keep pace with the times and work hard on the original basis. The work plan is put into practice, and the out-of-town business training and inspection and exchange activities are actively carried out at the right time to show the vitality and innovative vitality of the alliance.

Han Honggang, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, made a concluding speech. Director Han Honggang stressed that it is necessary to further implement the "Cooperation Agreement on Key Projects for the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy in Shandong Province", make full use of the business WeChat group platform, and gradually promote the disclosure of lawyer information, business cooperation information, joint expansion information and other information.
