In order to further improve the professional ability of lawyers and create a good atmosphere for learning and discussion, according to the training requirements of our department, on March 15, 2019, the Civil Legal Affairs Department conducted the first professional training of this year in the conference room of the institute.
Lawyer Wang Zhi has a wealth of experience in the cross-business of criminal and civilian. In this training class, she took "experience in handling civil business in criminal cases" as the topic, and summarized and shared the current situation of cross-cutting cases, how to expand, how to strengthen knowledge reserve and how to improve her professional ability through individual cases, and combined with her own rich experience, she taught the lawyers participating in this training class coping strategies to deal with cross-cutting business.

At the end of the training, lawyer Zhou jiakui, director of the civil legal affairs department and director of the public welfare center, commented on lawyer Wang zhi's lecture and spoke highly of it. He pointed out that the cross-disciplinary cases of criminal and civil affairs have become a hot area, bringing many opportunities to lawyers with diversified knowledge reserve capabilities; at the same time, the Civil Legal Affairs Department is also closely integrated with the Public Welfare Legal Affairs Center, and lawyers must be moral and responsible., Actively invest in public welfare undertakings, and notified the progress of the public welfare center's free agency for the death of six people in a certain district.
