Real Estate Legal Affairs Department organizes real estate business training

On March 15, 2019, the Real Estate Legal Affairs Department conducted departmental business training in the conference room of our institute. This training by Zhao Kaiyong lawyer lecture "real estate development dispute typical case analysis", Wang Yehua lawyer lecture "special commercial housing sales and utilization of legal risk prevention".

Lawyer Zhao Kaiyong, director of the first real estate department, briefly introduced and analyzed the recently contacted real estate development dispute case. The real estate development dispute case involves various legal issues. Lawyer Zhao discussed and analyzed the cases from the aspects of the transfer of land use right, the validity of contracts related to the cooperative development of real estate, the original confirmation of the above-ground buildings, and the execution objection of outsiders in the case of real estate qualification affiliation, lawyer Zhao shared his views and response strategies with the participating lawyers on the basis of the opinions of the Arbitration Commission and the court judgment, and actively exchanged views and experiences with the lawyers participating in this training course on the difficult points of the case. The atmosphere was very warm.

Lawyer Wang Yehua of the Second Real Estate Department, with the title of "Legal Risk Prevention of Sales and Utilization of Special Commercial Houses", summarizes and shares the legal risks that are easy to occur in the developer's sales and utilization process of the design changes of special commercial houses such as bottom jump and top jump, and puts forward preventive suggestions and coping strategies based on his own practical experience and cases, the explanation of legal knowledge that is rarely mentioned and little known in daily life has benefited everyone a lot.

The training was full of dry goods. Lawyers from the Real Estate Legal Affairs Department and other departments actively participated in the training. During the training process, the participating lawyers had a lively discussion around the training content and conducted in-depth exchanges, which further improved the lawyers. The ability to expand the scope of knowledge and create a good learning atmosphere.
