Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm Signed Provincial Development Investment and Asian Development Bank Green Fund Project -- Lawyers Li Zhenzhong and Zhang Jian participated in the high-level meeting on the establishment of the Green Fund.

On March 19, 2019, three lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, Li Zhenzhong, Zhang Jian, and Yu Yue, participated in the high-level round table on the establishment of the Green Development Fund in the conference room of Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Participants in this meeting include leaders and senior officials of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the French Development Agency (AFD), the German Bank for Reconstruction and Credit (KFW), the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance, Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and CICC Capital.

Shandong Green Development Fund (SGDF) is supported by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and under the guidance of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Finance, Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. intends to use the Asian Development Bank and the French Development Agency., Renaissance Credit Bank and other international financial organization funds and new and old kinetic energy conversion guidance fund funds, jointly initiated and established a green development industry investment fund.

This meeting focused on the structure of the establishment of the Shandong Green Development Fund, the scale of investment, the participation model of entities at all levels, and the specific implementation plan of the fund in the future. At the meeting, lawyer Li Zhenzhong put forward professional suggestions and feasible implementation plans on the organizational structure, institutional setting, fund term arrangement, investment guarantee mechanism, ability to guide the fund to pry social capital and the sustainable development of the fund, which were generally agreed by all parties. Lawyer Zhang Jian gave a number of constructive suggestions on the establishment of the Shandong Green Development Fund on the laws and regulations of the fund establishment, combined with the self-discipline rules of the Fund Industry Association, and provided legal and compliant professionals for the participants of the Shandong Green Fund.
