The Bud and Growth of Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyer Orchestra
In the summer of 2015, in a conference room of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, two lawyers, Li Zhenzhong and Zhang Jian, performed the classic repertoire 《Hotel California". This is not just a simple musical performance, it marks the budding of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Orchestra. From that moment on, the orchestra gradually gathered music lovers from the law firm: lawyer sun Guangming from the real estate department joined the orchestra with drums, injecting the soul of rhythm into the orchestra; Drummer Cui Rui, singer and harmony Li Yue, "foreign aid" personnel keyboard player Cong Yan, tuner Xu Fei, saxophone player Wang Xiaobo and other members were also in place one by one, and Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Orchestra was officially established.
In addition to their busy legal work, the members of the orchestra devote a lot of time to rehearsing. From the streets to the bar stage, they use music to convey the other side of the legal person. At the new year's party in 2017, the orchestra made its debut, which not only won high praise from all colleagues, but also showed the versatile side of lawyers and broke the shackles of the traditional image of lawyers.
In 2018, in the face of the sudden death of director Wang Guangren, the founder of the law firm, the whole firm was immersed in grief. The orchestra specially composed lyrics and music for this purpose, and created "Prose Poems of Zhongcheng Qingtai" to commemorate Director Wang and at the same time inspire colleagues in the law firm to create another glory. This song not only becomes the spiritual symbol of the orchestra, but also deeply reflects the deep emotion and responsibility of lawyers to the law firm, showing that they also have delicate emotion and rich creativity outside the legal profession.

Since the establishment of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Lawyers Orchestra, they have not only been limited to the small stage of the law firm, but also sowed the seeds of music to a broader world. In the summer of 2019, the orchestra embarked on a singing tour of "Poetry and the Distance". They drove their RV and carried their musical instruments all the way westWang ManglingHukou, Zhangye, Dunhuang, and all the way south, through Yueyang Tower, Guilin Yangshuo, Weizhou Island, and finally reached the Longji terraces. Wherever they went, they found a suitable open-air venue in the scenic spot, set up a stall, and began to sing. This unique form of performance attracted many tourists to stop and watch, and even sing together, the atmosphere is warm and warm.
In this singing performance, the orchestra not only showed the versatility of lawyers, but also made more people realize the other side of the legal profession-they are not only guardians of the law, but also musicians who love life. In Zhangye, Gansu Province, coinciding with the local music festival, the orchestra was invited to perform on stage, bringing the name of Zhongcheng Qingtai and the demeanor of the lawyer to a broader stage; on the banks of Yueyang Tower, despite the light rain, the audience was still enthusiastic, hundreds of people gathered together to enjoy the musical feast ...... The orchestra used its own way to make music a bridge between people, it also makes the name of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm even louder.

Transmitting Positive Energy with Songs and Practicing Lawyers' Responsibility
Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers Orchestra is not only a team that loves music, but also a group of lawyers who are actively engaged in public welfare undertakings. In July 2021, the orchestra was invited to participate in the program "The Most Beautiful Song" on Shandong TV Variety Channel, adapting and singing Jay Chou'sThe SnailInspire those who fight for their dreams. In the program, members of the orchestra shared the public welfare activities participated by the law firm and the "Guangren Fund" set up in the name of Mr. Wang Guangren, the founder of the law firm, demonstrating the determination of lawyers to deliver positive energy to the society with practical actions.
In addition to the program recording, the orchestra also took the initiative to contact Jinan Licheng District Lawyer Hope Primary School to bring public welfare performances to the children and donate funds to improve the school's hardware conditions. In the special program "sing a song to the party" to celebrate the 100 anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the orchestra performed the electro acoustic band version of "my motherland" to express its love for the party and the country.
