On the morning of August 31, the "Seminar on Corporate Liquidation and Bankruptcy Legal Practice and the 2023 Excellent Topic Sharing Meeting" jointly sponsored by Zhongcheng Qingtai Bankruptcy Business Center and the Law Research Institute was successfully held in Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute. Li Ruzhi, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Bankruptcy Business Center, Tang Zongteam, Wei Jinhui, and several members of the Bankruptcy Business Center actively attended the meeting. The meeting was shared simultaneously through live online.

The meeting was shared simultaneously through live online. The seminar was chaired by lawyer Xu Changle, vice president of the Law Research Institute.
Tang Zongteam, deputy director of the business center, first delivered a speech to welcome the guests who attended the meeting, and hoped that through the exchange of this seminar, we will jointly promote Zhongcheng Qingtai's bankruptcy work to a higher level.
The guest sharing session was shared by five branch lawyers of Zhongcheng Qingtai Bankruptcy Business Center. The sharing theme of Zhang Xinjun, senior partner and Zhang Lixin, partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, is also the outstanding project achievement of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm's Jinan region in 2023.
Lawyer Zhang Xinjun focused on the tax-related issues in the bankruptcy proceedings of the enterprise, from the administrator's tax-related duties, the debtor's enterprise tax preferential policies, tax disputes in the bankruptcy proceedings, land value-added tax liquidation and other aspects of analysis and explanation.
Combining the characteristics of financial claims in bankruptcy proceedings and the difficulties faced by financial claims in bankruptcy proceedings, Zhang Lixin introduced the framework structure and main contents of the subject of the Law Research Institute, and shared how to protect financial claims.
Lawyer Cai Jian, a senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Zibo Institute, analyzed the rules of debt-to-property judgment in the bankruptcy of real estate enterprises, explained and analyzed the basis of the right to claim debt, the validity of the debt-to-property contract, the inquiry of the rules of termination and continued performance of the judgment, and the effect of advance registration in debt-to-property.
Lawyer Yao Li, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Dezhou Institute, shared with the participants the disposal of bankruptcy property in the digital context, and analyzed the current situation, basis and rules of disposal of bankruptcy property.
Lawyer Man Jianhua, a partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Chengyang Institute, conducted an in-depth analysis and explanation from the provisions and classification of the scope of employees' claims in the enterprise bankruptcy law, and other claims paid out according to the nature of employees' claims outside the provisions of the bankruptcy law.
In his concluding speech, Wei Jinhui, deputy director of the business center, fully affirmed the form and value of this activity, and expressed his gratitude to the five lawyers for their sharing. With their rich bankruptcy business experience and profound professional knowledge, they brought a rich and practical sharing meeting for lawyers.
