▶Litigation class:

1. Disputes over contracts for the carriage of goods by sea in sea waters (contractual carrier recovers from actual carrier)(2018) Lu Min Zhong 1953/1954, supporting all claims of the parties and recovering losses of more than RMB 3.5 million. The judgments of the two cases were used as evidence in American litigation cases and cooperated with the expert opinions issued by Lanfei's lawyer, which forced the plaintiff in the American litigation to withdraw the lawsuit against the client and reduced the loss of the client by more than 8 million US dollars;

2. Disputes over marine insurance contracts (the province's first dispute over marine ranch platform insurance contracts)(2019) Lu Min Zhong No. 2723, supporting all claims of the parties;

3. Disputes over contracts for the carriage of goods by sea and through sea waters (2022) Lu Min Zhong 2339. This case is a typical foreign-related maritime case, the plaintiff for a well-known shipping company, the contractor as the defendant's agent of a freight forwarding enterprise, the comprehensive use of the Civil Code and its judicial interpretation of the provisions of the general guarantee liability, for the principal to achieve a reduction of liability. The case changed the adverse results of previous judgments on China's freight forwarders, balanced the interests of all parties, and equally protected the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. It was rated as one of the top ten cases of "equal protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign parties" by the Shandong Higher People's Court in 2023;

4. From 2020 to 2021, participate in a series of maritime infringement disputes related to the chemical leakage of "Guanghui 616. This case is a key case supervised by the Ministry of Communications, and it has also become a series of cases that Qingdao Maritime Court will focus on in 2020. The lawyer represented Shijiazhuang Changqing Refined Oil Sales Co., Ltd. in all cases, successfully handled all 8 cases involving over 100 million targets, and recovered tens of millions of losses for customers;

5. Acting Jiao Mou and a provincial construction group dock, wharf construction contract disputes (litigation and execution stage), the amount of execution of more than 400 million yuan;

6. Acting Liu Mou successfully completed the right to use the wharf and sea area obtained through judicial auction in 2005 (nearly 15 years according to the entrustment) through litigation and non-litigation, and excluded the objections of the dissidents.

5. In 2023, participate in the "Seafarers' Judicial Relief Fund Pool Project" jointly innovated by the Qingdao Free Trade Zone Management Committee and Qingdao Maritime Court ". In the case that seafarers are abandoned in Chinese waters due to maritime accidents or other maritime disputes and need to be repatriated, lawyers provide full-process legal services for the design and implementation of the fund pool project system, and issue a full set of legal documents on the legal basis for the establishment of the project, project mode, management method, specific operation mode and project operation;
