To deepen integration into the low-altitude economic industry ecosystem and empower high-quality development of the regional low-altitude economy, the awarding ceremony for the Low-Altitude Planning and Consulting Professional Committee and its service team of the Zibo Low-Altitude Economy Association was solemnly held on December 24 at Zibo City Institute of Urban and Rural Planning & Design Co., Ltd. Representatives from the association’s 18 member units and relevant personnel attended the meeting together. The meeting was chaired by Fang Wenlong, Secretary-General of the Zibo Low-Altitude Economy Association and Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Qifei Aviation Development Co., Ltd. Zhang Haitao, Chairman of the Board and Party Secretary of Zibo Transportation Group and Chairman of the Zibo Low-Altitude Economy Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ning Wei, Vice Chairman of the Zibo Low-Altitude Economy Association and Chairman of the Zibo Institute of Planning and Design, also delivered a welcoming address.
This ceremony aims to integrate high-quality industry resources and build a low-altitude economic service ecosystem characterized by “planning-led guidance, financial empowerment, insurance protection, legal safeguards, and service support.” It also officially established a “legal team” jointly formed by Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, Shandong Wenkang Law Firm, and Shandong Luhé Qiao Law Firm, providing specialized legal support for the development of the low-altitude economy industry. Chairman Zhang Haitao presented the accreditation plaque to the legal service team, marking Zhongcheng Qingtai’s official emergence as a core legal service provider for the compliant development of Zibo’s low-altitude economy industry.
During the exchange session, Attorney Zhang Lijie, representing the law firm, engaged in an in-depth discussion with various member units on topics including the implementation of low-altitude economic policies, compliance risk prevention and control, and legal safeguards for cross-sector collaboration. She noted that Zhongcheng Qingtai has always been closely attentive to legal practices and industry pain points in the low-altitude economy sector, having accumulated extensive professional experience in areas such as airspace management, industrial layout, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. As a nascent industry, the low-altitude economy faces multiple legal challenges—including airspace utilization, safety regulation, and compliance of business models.
