Update | The Zhengzhou Lawyers Association Visits and Engages in Exchange with Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office

On November 24, Feng Minghui, a member of the Party Committee of the lawyers’ industry in Zhengzhou and Executive Vice President of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association, along with his delegation, visited Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office to conduct an inspection and exchange centered on the theme of “Supervision of Lawyers’ Professional Activities and Standardized Construction of Law Firms.” Xing Depeng, Director of the Disciplinary Committee of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association, and Miao Lubin, Deputy Director, as well as Pang Shuying, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jinan Lawyers Association, and Guo Jihong, Deputy Director of the Committee for Practice Discipline and Supervision of the Jinan Lawyers Association, also participated in the symposium. At the symposium, Director Du Wentang warmly welcomed the delegation from the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association and provided an overview of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office’s organizational structure, personnel composition, business framework, management model, Party-building efforts, and talent development initiatives. Vice President Feng Minghui expressed high appreciation for Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office’s achievements in standardized construction and practice supervision, and stated that he hoped this visit would enable them to learn from Jinan’s lawyers’ industry advanced experiences in risk prevention and control as well as law firm management, thereby promoting higher-quality development of the Zhengzhou lawyers’ industry. Both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics including the disciplinary mechanisms within the legal profession, standardized management of law firms, and the prevention of professional risks.

This exchange has further strengthened communication and cooperation between the bar associations of the two regions, and has also provided Zhongcheng Qingtai with a platform to showcase its achievements in institutional development.
