On September 4, Liu Yadong, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Shandong-ASEAN Talent Industry Research Institute, along with Vice Directors Fan Jinghui and Qu Huiming, and Head of the Education Cooperation Department Qu Huiming, paid a visit to Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office for an exchange and to sign a strategic cooperation agreement. At the meeting, Director Geng Guoyu extended a warm and sincere welcome to Dean Liu Yadong and his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the firm’s development journey, institutional layout, core strengths, business framework, and management structure. Dean Liu Yadong expressed full recognition and high appreciation for the firm’s achievements in Party building and its robust business growth. He also shared key details about the establishment background and organizational structure of the Shandong ASEAN Talent & Industry Research Institute, with a particular focus on progress made in areas such as ASEAN talent cultivation systems and cross-border industry collaboration initiatives. Both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange and discussion on core topics including the purpose, scope, and models of potential collaboration, further strengthening their mutual understanding and clarifying the primary directions and priority areas for future cooperation. Dean Liu Yadong then presented Director Geng Guoyu with the appointment letter designating him as the "Chief Legal Expert of the Shandong-ASEAN Talent Industry Research Institute," officially launching the strategic partnership between the two organizations.

This strategic collaboration marks the beginning of a powerful partnership between the two parties—combining their strengths, sharing resources, and leveraging complementary advantages.
