On August 30th, the seminar "Practical Research on the Crime of Refusing to Execute under the New Regulations," jointly organized by the Criminal Business Center and Enforcement Business Center of Zhongcheng Qingtai, was successfully held at the Jinan office. This seminar focused on the latest provisions and practical applications regarding the crime of refusing to execute judgments and rulings. He Zefeng, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai and Head of the Enforcement Business Center, delivered the opening speech, extending sincere welcomes to the guests. He stated that deepening the study under the background of the new regulations' implementation Crime of Refusing to Execute is of significant practical importance for realizing the mechanism of "promoting enforcement through criminal law" and solving practical difficulties in enforcement.

Meng Fanhu, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai and Director of the Criminal Business Center, delivered a keynote speech titled "The Offense and Defense of Lawyers Handling Enforcement Business from the Perspective of New Regulations on the Crime of Refusing to Execute."
