On August 30th, the seminar "Practical Research on the Crime of Refusing to Execute under the New Regulations," jointly organized by the Criminal Business Center and Enforcement Business Center of Zhongcheng Qingtai, was successfully held at the Jinan office. He Zefeng, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai and Head of the Enforcement Business Center, delivered the opening speech, extending sincere welcomes to the guests.
