Party Building | Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office Holds Study Seminar on "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Further Strengthening Judicial Work in the New Era"

To thoroughly study and implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Strengthening Trial Work in the New Era" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), and to enhance lawyers' political literacy and professional capabilities, on August 26, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office held a study seminar on the "Opinions." The meeting specially invited Zhu Xiaofeng, former member of the Party Committee of the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice, Deputy Director, and First-level Inspector, as the keynote speaker. Party member lawyers of the firm actively participated in the study.

Director Zhu Xiaofeng, drawing on his rich judicial practice experience, deeply analyzed the core principles and specific requirements of the "Opinions," and offered valuable suggestions on how to integrate the spirit of the "Opinions" into lawyers' professional practice. Attending lawyers discussed the key tasks proposed in the "Opinions," sharing insights based on their own practice experience on how to implement the spirit of the "Opinions" in specific case representation and improve the quality of legal services. Everyone agreed that the "Opinions" not only provide direction for trial work but also offer important guidance for lawyers' practice.
Through this study, party member lawyers deeply realized that as legal practitioners in the new era, they must always remember the Party's purpose and firmly uphold their ideals and beliefs. Everyone expressed that they will take this study as an opportunity to further strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission, actively integrating the spirit of the "Opinions" into their daily work. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office will continue to adhere to Party building leadership, actively respond to national policy calls, continuously improve the overall quality of the lawyer team, and contribute to the construction of the rule of law in China.
