Jinan Quancheng Notary Office is a directly affiliated institution of the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Justice, established in September 1954, and is the earliest established notary office in Shandong Province. The Jinan Central Business District Financial Dispute People's Mediation Committee is a non-fee mediation organization established in accordance with the document "Licheng Rendiaoxie Zi (2023) No. 2" of the Licheng District People's Mediator Association of Jinan City. This three-party strategic cooperation has achieved the organic integration of legal, notary, and mediation resources, and will provide more efficient and professional services for the diversified resolution of cases such as financial disputes.
