On February 27, the Provincial Party Committee's Political Research Office, in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Justice, held a symposium on "Promoting High-Quality Development with High-Level Legal Services" at the Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm in Jinan. Attendees included Zhou Mingkun, Director of the Political Research Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Political Research Office; Shi Xianping, Second-Level Researcher of the Political Research Department; Liu Yuguo, Director and First-Level Researcher of the Lawyer Department of the Provincial Department of Justice; Wang Fan, Director of the Legal Service Department; Li Lingyun, Deputy Director and Second-Level Researcher of the Lawyer Department; Liu Xiaofeng, Deputy Director and Third-Level Researcher of the Legal Service Department; Qiu Xiaomei, a Level 10 Professional Technician at the Provincial Legal Research Center; Sun Jialei, Vice President of the Jinan Lawyers Association; and Geng Guoyu, Party Secretary and Director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm in Jinan.

Attendees included Zhou Mingkun, Director of the Political Research Division of the Provincial Party Committee's Policy Research Office; Shi Xianping, Second-level Researcher of the Political Research Division; Liu Yuguo, Director and First-level Researcher of the Lawyer Division of the Provincial Department of Justice; Wang Fan, Director of the Legal Services Division; Li Lingyun, Deputy Director and Second-level Researcher of the Lawyer Division; Liu Xiaofeng, Deputy Director and Third-level Researcher of the Legal Services Division; Qiu Xiaomei, a professional technician at the Provincial Research Center for Rule of Law; Sun Jialei, Vice President of the Jinan Lawyers Association; and the Party Secretary and Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan.Geng Guoyuand others attended the symposium.
Accompanied by Director Geng Guoyu, Zhou Mingkun and Director Liu Yuguo visited the Work Environment, Party Building Activity Room, Cultural Wall, etc., of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, to understand the development of the law firm.
During the symposium, participants exchanged discussions around "High-level Legal Services to Promote High-quality Development." Zhou Mingkun introduced the research and symposium-related situations; Director Liu Yuguo introduced the situation of the lawyer industry in Shandong Province; Director Wang Fan introduced the construction of the public legal service system and the situations of notarization, judicial appraisal, and arbitration industries; Director Geng Guoyu briefly described the current development status of law firms in Shandong Province and stated that the future development of Zhongcheng Qingtai will focus on professional industrialization, productization of industries, marketization of products, and digital intelligence of the middle platform, to create new productive forces for the law firm. At the same time, from the perspective of law firm development, he raised the current development difficulties and suggestions regarding foreign-related business. Director Zhou Mingkun listened carefully to the details and engaged in in-depth discussions on the issues and suggestions.
This symposium not only provided new ideas and directions for the development of law firms in Shandong Province but also laid a solid foundation for the Provincial Party Committee's Policy Research Office and the Provincial Department of Justice to formulate relevant policies in the future, promoting high-level legal services to assist high-quality development. Zhongcheng Qingtai will take this opportunity to continue to actively offer suggestions and contribute to advancing the Shandong legal service industry to new heights.
