The commencement ceremony was hosted by He Zefeng, the deputy director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Management Committee. Jinan's Party Secretary and Director Geng Guoyu, along with members of the law firm's Party Committee, Strategic Development Committee, and Management Committee, as well as Supervisory Committee Chairman Yao Huming, members of the Supervisory Committee, Union Chairman Li Jian, and directors from 19 departments of Jinan, along with directors from Zhongcheng Qingtai Renbu Branch, Zhongcheng Qingtai Shanghai Branch, and Zhongcheng Qingtai Maijiarong Fengdu Joint Office, all attended and delivered speeches, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
Director Geng Guoyu used the geographical location of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan as a metaphor—facing the long-flowing Yellow River and backed by the majestic Mount Tai, expressing the hope that Zhongcheng Qingtai can develop as solidly as Mount Tai and bravely step onto the international stage like the Yellow River flowing into the sea. At the same time, Director Geng deeply explored the strategies for the legal profession in the era of artificial intelligence, encouraging all colleagues to face challenges with a calm mindset, be brave in innovation, and strengthen collaboration.
The head of the firm, Han Honggang, extended New Year greetings to everyone and expressed gratitude for the hard work and selfless dedication of his colleagues. Director Han reflected on the struggles and efforts of 2024, noting that Zhongcheng Qingtai continuously strengthened internal construction, improved the professional quality and service level of the team, and achieved remarkable results, providing professional and efficient legal services to clients, winning widespread praise and trust.
