In order to earnestly implement the major decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee regarding the integrated construction of a rule of law country, rule of law government, and rule of law society, and to fully leverage the supporting and promoting role of legal research in the construction of a rule of law in Jinan, the diversified resolution team for financial disputes at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan, in conjunction with judicial practice and work reality, actively conducts in-depth research on legal theory and practice. The research project titled "Research on Constructing a Diversified Mechanism for Resolving Financial Disputes in the Context of the 'Fengqiao Experience' in the New Era," led by lawyer Duan Shuwen, a partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan, and co-authored by Gao Yugang, Mao Jinke, Li Qingshuai, and others, was awarded the third prize in the 2024 Jinan Legal Research Project.

The research project "Research on Constructing a Diversified Resolution Mechanism for Financial Disputes in the Context of the New Era 'Fengqiao Experience'" led by lawyer Duan Shuwen, with contributions from Gao Yugang, Mao Jinke, Li Qingshuai, and others, was awarded the third prize in the 2024 Jinan Legal Research Project.
This legal research project mainly focuses on adhering to and developing the New Era 'Fengqiao Experience'.
