On December 2nd, the "Accompanying Flight Plan" launched by the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee, following prior preparations, is officially initiated. The committee director Du Wentang, deputy director Shi Guangbo, Human Resources Executive Committee director Deng Pu, and deputy director Zhang Rongjun, along with the first phase "Accompanying Flight" partners and young lawyers, attended the launch ceremony and engaged in speeches and discussions.
On December 2, the "Accompanying Flight Plan" launched by the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Regional Management Committee, based on the work deployment, officially started after preliminary gathering. Du Wentang, the director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Management Committee, Deputy Director Shi Guangbo, Human Resources Executive Committee Director Deng Pu, Deputy Director Zhang Rongjun, the first phase of "Accompanying Flight" partners and young lawyers attended the launch ceremony and made speeches.
The "Accompanying Flight Plan" aims to help young lawyers who have just crossed the assistant period to smoothly transition into the "post-assistant period". It is an important initiative to support the growth and development of young lawyers. This plan practices the law firm's family culture of "passing on knowledge and helping each other" and advocates that law firm partners actively accompany and assist the growth of young lawyers. Through diversified forms and channels, it comprehensively enhances the professional brand building ability and business development ability of young lawyers.
At the launch meeting, Director Du Wentang expressed hope that young lawyers could proactively clarify their own needs and actively seek advice from "Accompanying Flight" partners. They should not only absorb practical experience in their business fields but also learn the concepts and methods of how to be a person and do things from the "Accompanying Flight" partners. Through the "Accompanying Flight Plan", they can promote their rapid growth and long-term development. Director Shi Guangbo pointed out that the "Accompanying Flight Plan" is a valuable opportunity for young lawyers to broaden their horizons and stated that regular meetings will be held to promote communication and continuously optimize execution effects to ensure the efficient implementation of the plan. Director Deng Pu expressed gratitude for the active participation of all partners and stated that the Human Resources Executive Committee will carry out more exchange activities to provide more learning opportunities for young lawyers. Each "Accompanying Flight" partner and young lawyer communicated and exchanged ideas fully, and everyone expressed great expectations for this activity.
