December 4, 2024, marks the 11th Constitution Publicity Day, and December 1 to 7 is the 7th Constitution Publicity Week. According to the notice jointly issued by the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Office for Law Popularization, this year's theme for "Constitution Publicity Week" is "Vigorously Promote the Spirit of the Constitution and Further Advance Comprehensive Deepening of Reforms." On November 30, as the Constitution Publicity Week approaches, partners Lin Jing and Lin Aili from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office actively responded to the call of the Jinan Bar Association and held a Constitution publicity activity themed "The Spirit of the Constitution into Thousands of Homes" at the East Square of Hanchanghe Park during the "Yellow River Fair."
During the event, the two lawyers fully utilized the geographical advantage of the East Square of Hanchanghe Park's "Yellow River Fair" to actively distribute publicity materials to passing residents and surrounding merchants, patiently answering various legal questions raised by residents, especially those related to the Constitution. They used simple and understandable language, combined with practical cases, to explain the basic principles of the Constitution, the basic rights and obligations of citizens, and the important role and far-reaching significance of the Constitution in daily life. At the same time, when communicating with parents carrying children, the two lawyers particularly emphasized the importance of cultivating children's awareness of the rule of law from a young age.
The Constitution is not only the fundamental law of the country but also a guarantee of the rights of every citizen. By deeply popularizing constitutional knowledge, the public's awareness and ability to protect their rights can be enhanced. This Constitution publicity activity brought the Constitution to the grassroots level and into the community, delivering legal knowledge to every resident.
