On October 18, the third session of the third meeting of the Shandong Province Finished Oil Circulation Industry Association was held in the Boshan District of Zibo City. Wang Lili, a senior partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan, and lawyer Lin Yu were invited to attend the event. During the meeting, lawyer Wang Lili analyzed the background and highlights of the revision of the new Company Law, elaborating on key content such as changes in registered capital and the impact on the rights of state-owned enterprise shareholders. He also detailed the countermeasures and engaged in in-depth discussions with the attendees based on the current situation of each member unit.
The purpose of this event is to regulate the order of the finished oil circulation market, protect the interests of members, and enhance the legal awareness and management level of cadres and employees in the industry. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to strengthen links and communication with the association and member units to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the oil and finished oil industry.
