Lawyer Zhang Lijie provided a detailed introduction to the background, core advantages, business sectors, mediation process, fees, and business cooperation model of the Jinan Central Business District Financial Dispute People's Mediation Committee and the Jinan Lixia District Quanshang Commercial Mediation Center.

Lawyer Zhao Bin explained the architectural logic, core competitiveness, operational methods, online mediation process, and software information security mechanisms of the mediation center software platform independently developed by the law firm, and analyzed the dual empowerment mechanism between the mediation center and the digital platform.
