Wang Guangren began his career as a lawyer in 1980. Wang Guangren always keeps in mind that he is a party member. In his practice career, he has high standards and strict requirements for himself, takes law and party discipline as the guide for all his actions, and always maintains the advanced nature and purity of party members.
In 2003, a department of Jinan municipal government encountered a major lawsuit. Once it lost the lawsuit, it would face huge administrative compensation from 0.11 billion. At this critical moment, Wang Guangren stepped forward and took over the case. After 40 days of work day and night, Wang Guangren won the lawsuit with full preparation, rich experience and outstanding ability, and made positive contributions to the image of Jinan municipal government in the reform and opening up. In those days, this unsurprising middle-aged man worked hard to avoid the loss of the people's hard-earned money. Due to overwork, he suffered massive hemorrhage in his left eye fundus, and underwent four operations in Beijing and Jinan. He solved the worries of the municipal government, won the honor for Jinan lawyers, and interpreted the advanced nature of Communist Party members with his own practical actions.
Sayering out the people's worries
Wang Guangren keeps in mind the purpose of the party, with a strong sense of social responsibility, and gives full play to a leading role in dedication to the people, enthusiasm for public welfare, and dedication to society. People who have seen the movie "Passion Defense" must still remember the good lawyer who spoke up for the helpless weak girl and sick child in the movie. The prototype of the protagonist in the movie is Wang Guangren.
It was one day in 1995. Wang Guangren accidentally heard a young child singing on the radio. Next, the announcer introduced the child's life experience, suddenly grabbed his heart. This four-year-old child named Shi Xiaode suffered from high-risk leukemia and had no money for treatment. He was on the verge of extinction, but his biological father in Hong Kong did not care. The child's experience stung the kind heart of Wang Guangren, a Shandong man, and the immoral behavior of the child's biological father also aroused his sense of social responsibility as a lawyer. He immediately rushed to Shi Xiaode's home and decided to act as a free agent for the children. He must get justice. This case caused great repercussions throughout the country, and many well-meaning people rushed to send money and medicine. While working on the case, Wang Guangren and his colleagues donated more than 6000 yuan to treat their children. The court finally fully adopted Wang Guangren's proxy opinion. Under great social pressure, the child's biological father also sent 70000 yuan from Hong Kong as the child's medical and upbringing expenses.
Bold reform opens a new chapter
As a party member lawyer, Wang Guangren believes that it is not enough to do his job well, but also to become an organizer, promoter and practitioner of career development. In 1988, he took the lead in setting up the "Zhongcheng Renhe" law firm in a humble rented office. At that time, there were only 4 lawyers and 5000 yuan in start-up funds. Relying on his unique vision and hard work, with a good reputation and high-quality service, the lawyer "Zhongchengbenevolence" is firmly advancing towards the established goal under the leadership of Wang Guangren. In 1992, they took the lead in breaking the "iron rice bowl" of state-owned assets in Jinan City, Shandong Province, and implemented the distribution model of benefit wages and remuneration according to work. Lawyers' enthusiasm for work increased greatly, and the business income of the whole institute quadrupled that year. In 1993, six specialized departments, including international economy and trade, finance and securities, and intellectual property rights, were established, initially forming a large-scale structure. In 1994, the "Zhongcheng Renhe" law firm under his leadership launched one, two systems, and recruited talents from the society, which greatly promoted the development of the whole business. As a result, the firm's business volume has grown at an average rate of 20% per year, and has established cooperative relations with famous lawyers from dozens of countries and regions such as the United States, Britain, Australia, and Japan, and has entered a glorious period of rapid development. In 1999, because of its status and strength in the lawyer industry in Shandong Province, "Zhongchengbenhe" lawyers were identified as the first batch of reform pilot units by Shandong Province and Jinan City. One year later, the state-owned assets office was transformed into a partnership. Today, the institute has more than 50 practicing lawyers and administrative support personnel, with an average annual growth rate of more than 30% in business volume and income, which is more than 100 times that of the initial establishment of the institute, and enjoys a high reputation in the society.
Wang Guangren said that no matter how the times change, some things will not change, and some things cannot be changed.
